To stay true to doing things in a better way, we make it easy for you to try different sizes and styles at home, and offer hassle-free returns. 

Whether it’s requesting an exchange or a refund, we want to make it easy for you to return your purchases. If for any reason, your purchase isn’t right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted. 

Please note: 

  • You will receive a store credit for items which have since been discontinued from our range.
  • Shipping is not refundable on returns.
  • We don't accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.

Request return

To request a return, please contact with your order number and product details. Once your refund is processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs.

A notification email will be sent after the return is processed and the refund will take 1-3 business days to appear in your account. Please note, items need to be returned at your expense. We recommend tracked shipping as we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost. Moin does not refund duties and taxes paid on items which are returned.

Original condition 

All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with swing tags attached. Items that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.


Your credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase a different item online. Full priced items purchased with a discount code or temporary promotion code can be returned as usual.


We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a store credit in the Return email and place a new order. Alternatively, we suggest to purchase the size or style you need as soon as possible to secure it. You can then submit a return request for a full refund for your initial purchase. Please note, we currently do no refund original shipping costs.
